Russel J. Neault,
is a graduate of Humboldt State University where he received a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies
in 1999. Russ also received an Associate of Science
degree from American River College in Paramedics in 2002. He
has experience as an officer of the court for the
Humboldt County
Probation Department and Placer County
Probation Department. He
also has experience in examining workers' compensation claims for
third party administrators such as Sedgwick CMS, Gallagher
Bassett Services and Broadspire. He has a unique blend of
experience in court appearances, medical knowledge and claims
administration.
