JASON NIKOLOVSKI is a 1998 graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law, and he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA in 1995. He has extensive experience handling all facets of workers’ compensation cases, including the defense of discrimination claims under Labor Code section 132a and Serious and Willful claims under Labor Code section 4553. He has appeared before all Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards throughout California for the past 9 years. Prior to workers' compensation, Mr. Nikolovski practiced business immigration law in San Francisco, working with high profile clients such as Microsoft and Oracle. He is admitted to practice before all courts in California
