EVI KRITT- Senior Associate Attorney EVI KRITT, was admitted to the California Bar in 1985. She was admitted to the Federal Court in 1986. She attended Western State University, College of Law (B.S. 1983) . She graduated Cum Laude, Honor Roll. She was Managing Editor of Law Review. Her extensive legal experience includes 15 years of working in the area of workers’ compensation and personal injury. She handles depositions, conferences, arbitrations and trials. She worked as in-house defense counsel for ABM Industries Inc., where she handled all facets of workers’ compensation claims, including the handling of third party and subrogation cases. She has served as Judge Pro Tem for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and the Municipal Court of California - Small Claims and Traffic Court. She is certified to mediate through the Ventura Center for Dispute Resolution. Her publications include, "The Right of Publicity Survives in California," California Civil Code Section 990:, Western State University Law Review, Volume 12, Number 1, Fall 1984.
