ELLEN CREAGER was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and the California State Bar in 2002. She is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 1993, Ms. Creager graduated Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Her extensive legal experience includes trying complex civil litigation cases, including the defense of workers’ compensation cases. In addition to this, she has argued before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Ms. Creager is aggressive in the defense of workers’ compensation claims and emphasizes investigation into fraudulent actions. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, New York Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of a national organization serving the needs of people with disabilities.
