CHARLES M. LINTON,
was admitted to the California bar in 1989. He is a graduate of
Pepperdine University in 1981 where he received his Bachelor of Arts
in Communication/Broadcasting. In 1987, Mr. Linton graduated from
Northrop University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. He is
licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member
of the California State Bar, as well as a member of the United
States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts.
Additionally, he is also a member of the Santa Barbara Bar
Association. His experience includes practice in the fields of
personal injury litigation and applicant’s workers compensation. Mr.
Linton’s emphasis is in representing insurance carries and third
party administrators in the defense of worker’s compensation claims. |
