BRUCE H. ALBERT, was
admitted to the California bar in 1990. He is a graduate of the
State University of New York at Albany in 1986 where he received his
Bachelor of Science degree. In 1990, Mr. Albert graduated
Southwestern University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. He
is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a
member of the California State Bar, as well as a member of the
United States District Court for the Central and Southern California
Districts. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Defense
Attorneys’ Association, American Bar Association, San Fernando Bar
Association and the Los Angeles Bar Association. His experience
includes the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including
appellate work before the California Supreme Court. Mr. Albert also
handles civil claims, including, but not limited to, subrogation
matters, the defense of discrimination claims under Labor Code
section 132(a) and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims under Labor
Code section 4553. In addition to this, Mr. Albert has lectured at
IEA classes throughout Southern California.
