Associate Attorneys SUSAN M. GARRETT - Associate Attorney SUSAN M. GARRETT, was admitted to the California Bar in 1998. She is a graduate of California State University at Northridge where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ms. Garrett thereafter went on to study law at Southwestern University School of Law graduating in 1997 with a Juris Doctor degree. Her experience includes medical malpractice defense and the successful litigation of various and complex issues of workers' compensation cases from inception through trial and appeal, including published decisions from the California Court of Appeals. Ms. Garrett's emphasis is representing third party administrators and insurance carriers in the defense of workers' compensation claims.
